Today I went back and forth about how I wanted to jig the wings. First I decided to mount two 4x4 posts diagonally across the garage and jig one wing at a time. Then, I decided I could use just one 4x4 post and an existing post in the back to orient it straight into the garage. That way I could mount extra-wide angle stock to space out both wings horizontally (so I could get in between them to rivet/buck.

In the end, I went with that approach, although I didn't have enough length to get the 114" distance between the insides of the posts. So I mounted the post so that the distance works out between the inside of the 4x4 and the outside of the existing post in the rear. Kind of clunky, but it's gonna work fine. Still debating about whether or not to try to mount both wings or one at a time. Leaning toward one at a time.
